ABOUT SOMA TREE

SOMA is renowned for its canopy; it likely attracted your family to move to the town. The canopy is responsible for the comfortable walk or run you may take, and the burst of color that reminds us of life. Lastly, our canopy is the best defence against climate change, but that canopy is in decline.

The city is going to get hot... really hot... dangerously hot. Our collective canopy is the best defense we have against those projections. Those trees need to be planted today, and they need to be planted correctly. The canopy makes cities livable.

The canopy can not be created or managed by one entity; not even the town can do it. We all have a role to play in creating our collective canopy.

Our mission is to facilitate, streamline, and organize our village to create our collective canopy. We don't want you to just own the tree; we want you to adopt it. Let your family leave behind a legacy by providing shade not for us, but for the next generation.
